Job Purpose | Objective
The NMR STREAMit team has an immediate opening for an On-line Event Coordinator and Administrator. This is a full-time position which focuses on high quality customer experience within the fast-paced IT and Event Technology industry.
The role will cover a range of activities, however, providing world class platform support to our clients and managing the end-to-end activity for on-line events will be your primary responsibility.
This position does not require relocation. All assignments will be handled on-line, from either a local NMR office or your home-based office. Kevin Wright, our Director of Digital Media Services is the person you will be directly reporting to, in conjunction with the STREAMit! Platform Resources team.
The Candidate
This individual should be computer literate and a confident user of browser-based computer software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Previous experience with HTML/CSS, video editing software like Adobe Premier Pro and customer relationship management tools like Teams, Air Table, Drop Box is a plus, but not essential for this position.
At times this role can be stressful in dealing with tight deadlines, emergency event troubleshooting, large on-line audiences and senior executives within the customer/client stakeholders. Therefore, outstanding organizational skills coupled with the ability to take control of a situation in a calm, professional manor is an absolute requirement.
