Please make sure you complete all pages and sign the form agreeing to the terms of the agreement.

We have the option to issue your payments via ACH transfer.   If you would like to be paid via ACH payment, please complete the ACH Authorization Form on the link below and return it to AccountsPayable@nmrevents.com.

Please note the following:

ACH payments typically take 3-5 business days to clear your bank after we initiate it. The days depend on the bank and your ETA will be on the email you receive once we initiate payment.
